Infraone (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates a B2B procurement platform for construction and infrastructure materials in India.
To access the Platform, you must register as a business entity and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including required business and tax details.
Infraone reserves the right to verify, approve, suspend, or reject any account at its discretion.
The Platform is intended strictly for commercial and business use. You may use the Platform only for lawful procurement and related business activities.
Infraone may restrict, suspend, or discontinue access to the Platform at any time without prior notice.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: providing false information, engaging in unlawful activity, attempting unauthorized access, or disrupting platform operations.
Any such misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
Infraone grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for business purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any content or software on the Platform without prior written consent.
Product prices displayed on the Platform are subject to change based on market conditions, availability, or technical reasons.
Payments must be made through approved payment methods. Infraone is not responsible for failures or delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Buyers are responsible for inspecting products at the time of delivery. Any visible damage, shortage, or discrepancy must be reported immediately.
Returns or replacements are subject to Infraone’s return and replacement policies communicated at the time of purchase.
Infraone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
Infraone’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the transaction related to the claim.
Infraone may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
Termination does not affect obligations incurred prior to the termination date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
