This Return & Refunds Policy outlines the process applicable to orders placed through Infraone (“Platform”) for procurement of construction and infrastructure materials.
Infraone (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates as a B2B materials procurement platform and does not function as a conventional consumer e-commerce marketplace.
This policy applies to all confirmed purchase orders placed through Infraone after quotation approval and order confirmation.
Since Infraone operates on a business-to-business model, all transactions are governed by agreed commercial terms, purchase orders, and applicable invoices.
Buyers are required to inspect materials at the time of delivery. Any visible damage, shortage, or mismatch must be reported before acceptance of delivery.
Once delivery is acknowledged, Infraone may not be able to entertain claims related to visible defects or shortages.
Returns may be considered only in the following cases:
• Delivery of incorrect materials • Significant damage during transit • Material not matching approved specifications
Return requests must be raised within a reasonable time period communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Upon verification of the issue, Infraone will coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to arrange a replacement where applicable.
Replacement timelines may vary depending on material availability and site location.
Refunds are applicable only in cases where replacement is not feasible and where Infraone has expressly approved a refund.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method or as per agreed commercial terms.
As Infraone primarily operates on credit, account settlement, or bank-based transactions, instant refunds may not be applicable.
Returns or refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
• Materials used or altered after delivery • Changes in project requirements after delivery • Minor variations inherent to construction materials • Delays caused by site readiness or unloading issues
